About This Role:
Manage all operations and activities to ensure they meet business partner and regulatory requirements. Direct, oversee, and coordinate processes to achieve high-quality results. Select, develop, manage, coach, and appraise team members. Ensure efficient resource allocation and on-time deliverables.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all processes supported by QOP Mexico.
- Select, recruit, develop, manage, coach, coordinate, and appraise the performance of direct reporting associates.
- Ensure compliance with Novartis internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements.
- Support process harmonization and continuous improvement efforts.
- Assume a proactive role in receiving and providing feedback to all business partners.
- Collect and communicate key performance indicators and metrics used to monitor team performance and project progress.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Assigned deliverables meet targets for quality, time, and productivity.
- Positive customer feedback.
- People development.
- No critical audit findings.
Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience: 6-10 years of experience in GxP, Quality Assurance, or related Pharma Domain. Past work reflects operational excellence.
Skills:
- Continuous Learning.

- Strong people management and development skills.
- GMP Procedures.
- QA (Quality Assurance).
- Quality Standards.
Language: Portuguese and English.
