Senior Production Operations Manager

We are seeking a Senior Production Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations for a portfolio of clients. This key role will be responsible for managing production workflows, resource allocation, and project timelines to ensure seamless execution across digital, transcreation, and 360° campaigns.

The successful candidate will have experience in overseeing large-scale, multi-format content production, including digital, print, transcreation, and campaign adaptation. They will also have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset, skilled at navigating complexity and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be able to identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiencies, develop a training and implementation roadmap, and lead the rollout across production teams.

In addition to operational leadership, this role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results in a cost-efficient and strategic manner. The Senior Production Operations Manager will be responsible for building, improving, and enforcing Ways of Working that enhance operational efficiency, streamline production processes, and ensure scalability.

A balance of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and innovation is required to drive business growth through AI-driven transformation. This includes evaluating AI opportunities, developing training programs, and integrating automation into workflows to drive both speed and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee the full project lifecycle, from intake and planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
• Production Workflow Management: Develop and refine Ways of Working to drive efficiency, transparency, and scalability across teams and projects.
• Resource & Capacity Planning: Forecast production volumes to optimize staffing levels and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality outputs.
• Team & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams—including Account Management, Creative, and Capability teams—to deliver results in a cost-efficient and strategic manner.
• Process Documentation & Optimization: Maintain detailed documentation of workflows and lead continuous improvements based on lessons learned and industry best practices.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify challenges, mitigate risks, and implement solutions to keep production workflows efficient and client satisfaction high.

About You:

• Proven experience in production operations management, preferably in a high-volume studio, agency, or creative production environment.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end production workflows, resource management, and financial oversight, with the ability to balance operational efficiency with creative excellence.
• Experience in resource forecasting, budget planning, and cost management to ensure financial and operational health.
• Familiarity with AI applications in production workflows and the ability to identify, implement, and scale AI efficiencies across teams.
