Senior Billing Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Operations Specialist to join our finance team. This role will involve executing billing operations and implementing scalable systems and processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Review contracts, invoices, and statements of work to ensure accurate approval and billing rates/rules.
- Manage the billing engine and verify platform accuracy to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Reconcile COGS accrual and bills on a monthly basis.
- Assist in assessing customer credit and risk analysis.
- Develop and maintain billing metrics for senior leadership.
- Identify process improvements and coordinate with other departments to improve billing/accounting process efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year of AR/billing experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to prioritize competing demands.
- Familiarity with various computer systems and large data sets.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- NetSuite expertise is a must-have.
