The Billing Manager Buenos Aires will coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of the Billing Buenos Aires teams. This role is responsible for building and developing an exceptional performing team in driving Billing operations to manage trade collections while supporting the company's growth and protecting shareholder value. Initiate and facilitate changes to further improve billing results and increase efficiency and effectiveness. Provide monthly metric reporting and analysis on overall billing performance and individual performance of collection resources. Ensure adequate processes are in place to maintain controls and compliance with SOX defined processes. Additionally, will partner with sales, finance, and other functional leaders to drive Order to Cash excellence across the Ecolab businesses.

  • Responsible for coordinating and managing the general accounting function.
  • Stakeholder management
  • Concerning primarily the accuracy and maintenance of the ledger accounts and the resultant financial statements.
  • May participate in the most complex general accounting projects.
  • Responsible for the direct supervision of the general accounting staff.
  • Responsible for managing escalations

Basic Qualifications
  • General working knowledge of EDI, 3rd party portal applications, Work Order processing
  • Proficient in English
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results
  • Demonstrated understanding of workforce management techniques and strategies
  • Professional and exhibited leadership skills
  • Ability to operate multiple software applications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Demonstrate problem solving ability to resolve problems independently and take appropriate action in a timely manner
  • Experience manipulating data sets and data mergers
  • Previous analytical experience with high aptitude for research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, anticipate needs and meet customer expectations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or business field
  • 4+ years Operational/Managerial experience
  • Project management experience preferred
