Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Billing Manager.

This key position is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day activities of the billing teams. The successful candidate will drive Billing operations to effectively manage trade collections while supporting the company's growth and protecting shareholder value.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the general accounting function.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of ledger accounts and financial statements.
  • Lead complex general accounting projects.
  • Supervise and mentor general accounting staff.
  • Resolve escalations in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Proficient in EDI, 3rd party portal applications, Work Order processing.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
  • Understanding of workforce management techniques and strategies.
  • Leadership skills with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to operate multiple software applications.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve problems independently.
  • Experience manipulating data sets and data mergers.
  • Previous analytical experience with high research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
