Regional Belonging and Culture Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented specialist to help activate initiatives for culture, belonging, and talent innovation in our regional business.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the implementation of regional and functional plans by coordinating initiatives, logistics, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Partner with employee groups to review and approve budget requests and provide enablement and hosting support for events.
- Provide operational support for recognition programs including troubleshooting issues, quarterly allocation of incentives, and managing employee inquiries.
- Serve as a liaison between employees, business leaders, and HR partners to activate and ensure alignment of initiatives.
- Assist with onboarding users to systems and tools, such as event tracking systems.
- Build energy, interest, and engagement for events and measure program effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with employees and leaders, acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Track activities and budget utilization, ensuring timely updates and data accuracy.
- Support internal knowledge-sharing and standard process development across teams.
- Document processes to support transparency and consistency.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing activities, engagement, and impact.
