Ecommerce Creator Operation Lead

We are seeking a professional to lead our e-commerce creator operation.
The successful candidate will identify, onboard, and incubate growth for mid to long-tail e-com creators to foster trust and ensure sustainable creator payouts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Formulating and implementing diverse creator campaigns based on creators' different development stages;
- Working closely with affiliate product teams to optimize the creator hub experience;
- Collaborating with category teams to enrich the Affiliate product supply and service creator's product selection needs;
- Identifying and addressing affiliate creator pain points through cross-functional team collaboration.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- 8+ years of experience in key account growth or agency partner growth;
- Strong connections with talent agencies/MCNs;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills;
- Down-to-earth spirit with hands-on approach when needed;
- Familiarity with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms;
- Strong knowledge of live streaming is an advantage;
- Established relationships with creators and creator agencies are preferred.
