About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, responsible for driving business decisions through data-driven insights. This individual will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver actionable recommendations that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate in-depth domain expertise within our Products squad, fostering a deep understanding of the business landscape and its complexities.
  • Conduct rigorous close-loop data analysis based on relevant datasets, providing insightful recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Promote collaborative partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to design innovative data solutions and pipelines that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports to empower data-driven decision making across the organization.
  • Drive analytical projects and initiatives to accelerate growth within our Products Team, leveraging data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in analytical roles, with a strong track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages, with the ability to work efficiently with large datasets and numbers.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, with a focus on creating engaging and informative visualizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
