About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of project analysts and auditors, enhancing customer experience through operations activities.
  • Manage resources including recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding, and qualification of auditors.
  • Coordinate internal planning with other offices, finance, and invoicing processes, monitoring auditors performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is essential.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships, discussing project activities effectively.
  • Technical background knowledge in supply chain audits, social audits, quality audits, BPF, food safety, and ASI certification.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Experience in using common IT programs and CRM systems is advantageous.
