Global Transaction Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Global Transaction Specialist. This role will involve analyzing and optimizing cross-border transactions, developing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to improve efficiency.

As a Global Transaction Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities to streamline cross-border processes and implementing efficiency improvements. You will work closely with team members to analyze data, develop dashboards, and provide support to internal teams and external partners on cross-border inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to global transactions;
  • Prepare regular reports on transaction volumes, trends, and performance metrics;
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key performance indicators;
  • Identify opportunities to optimize global transaction processes;
  • Collaborate with team members to implement efficiency improvements;
  • Participate in projects aimed at enhancing global transaction capabilities;
  • Provide support to internal teams and external partners on global transaction inquiries;
  • Assist in resolving complex global transaction issues;

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in global transactions;
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL);
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
  • Knowledge of international banking regulations and compliance requirements;
  • Fluency in English and additional languages are a plus;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
