The Client Services Executive will support the sales team during the client onboarding process, conduct periodic reviews, and manage client relationships and transactions. This role involves working with all asset classes and client types under our current mandate.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for new client onboarding and periodic reviews
- Coordinating with clients and Sales teams to gather documentation for onboarding
- Serving as a key contact for client support activities, liaising with internal teams
