
Fleet Staffing Strategist

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the staffing strategy for a fleet of vessels. This involves developing and implementing plans to ensure that the crew has the necessary skills and qualifications to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
The Fleet Personnel Manager will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of crew changes, training, and competency assessments. They will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to crew management.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in personnel management, with at least 5 years in the maritime or offshore oil and gas industry.
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be fluent in English. They will also possess a strong understanding of international standards and regulations related to crew management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement staffing strategies for the fleet
- Coordinate crew changes, training, and competency assessments
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to crew management
- Provide strategic advice to stakeholders on crew management
- Supervise Training and Fleet Instructors team
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in personnel management
- At least 5 years' experience in the maritime or offshore oil and gas industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong understanding of international standards and regulations related to crew management
