As a skilled Ruby on Rails developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing and maintaining enterprise-level software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Create web applications using Ruby on Rails and related technologies, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
  • Coding Standards: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to high-quality standards.
  • Front-end Features: Develop features using CSS3, HTML5, and Bootstrap, integrating content from MSSQL databases.
  • Testing and Debugging: Test software through unit tests, integration tests, and debugging tools, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaboration and Mentorship: Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers, and contribute to project plans and Agile ceremonies.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, web application architecture, front-end technologies (CSS3, HTML5, Bootstrap), and experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
