The position of Business Development Manager at a leading organization offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by driving business growth, building strategic relationships, and identifying opportunities for expansion through commercial acumen.
- This dynamic role involves taking care of existing partners, generating new business opportunities, and taking ownership of the sales process.
- Responsibilities include preparing forecasts and reports for internal stakeholders, being a credible advisor in facing issues, and maintaining trust with external partners.
- Additionally, this role entails coordinating projects, ensuring smooth interactions between departments, and delivering results in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing partnerships and identify opportunities for growth
- Take ownership of the sales process and be responsible for sales performance
- Prepare forecasts and reports for internal stakeholders
- Be a credible advisor in facing issues and maintain trust with external partners
- Coordinate projects and ensure smooth interactions between departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Business, Economics or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, preferably in a multinational environment
- Full working proficiency in both Portuguese and English
- Highly social, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical skills and good economics understanding
- Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
