Business Analyst Role Summary

This role entails working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions to business problems.

  • Gather requirements from customers, document processes, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights, suggesting process improvements.
  • Create reports and presentations for stakeholders, collaborating with teams to implement solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer objectives, processes, and products to make recommendations.
  • Plan, conduct, and facilitate sessions to gather business requirements.
  • Apply different delivery methodologies depending on the project.
  • Contribute to business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and project scope definition.
  • Produce requirement specifications and outlines solution design documents.
  • Analyze and manage requirement risk, traceability matrix, and prioritize requirements.
  • Perform quality review checks on project deliverables.
  • Participate in development of test plans, testing, implementation, and training activities.
  • Communicate effectively through different mediums at all levels.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or science or a related field.
  • Professional experience in a related role or demonstrated competency utilizing relevant technologies.
  • Balanced mix of business acumen and technology affinity.
  • Innovative and creative self-starter with strong problem-solving analytical skills.
  • Independent and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience in delivering business solutions in time, quality, and budget.
  • Strong proficiency in both English and Portuguese is required, Spanish language skills are a plus.
