About the Role

Cadence Design Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Engineer Manager to lead our System Verification Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge verification technologies and methodologies.

As a technical leader, you will manage a team of Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to provide technical support and guidance to our customers. Your expertise in functional verification and system validation will be instrumental in driving the success of our customers and the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of FAEs to provide technical support and guidance to customers.
  • Develop and implement verification technologies and methodologies to drive customer success.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to develop competitive and creative technical solutions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide resolution to customer technical issues.
  • Engage and lead the AE team on Pre-sales technical campaigns.
Requirements
  • BSE or graduation in related areas.
  • Track record of experience leading technical teams.
  • Excellent RTL understanding and coding.
  • 6+ years of experience in functional verification.
  • Knowledge of Unix, C/C++.
  • A strong interest in contributing to customer success with related technical interests in EDA, HDL's, and Logic Design.
