Our team is looking for a skilled IT professional to provide technical support, information literacy, and leadership in a global education setting.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve technical difficulties with hardware, software, and network systems, including telecom, conferencing, and AV equipment.
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot workstations and other IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Track, prioritize, and document requests using an IT support system.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation of hardware, software, and systems to facilitate knowledge sharing and consistency.
- Conduct research on computer products to inform procurement and development efforts.
- Evaluate and recommend resources and solutions for purchase to meet the team's needs.
- Maintain and support classroom technology infrastructure.
- Ensure the stability and efficiency of Apple and Google Suite applications.
- Manage cloud-based services, cameras, audio-visual equipment, printers, and VoIP telecommunication systems.
- Monitor and optimize connectivity and systems account management.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English language skills.
- Apple Technical Certification (Mac OS Service and Mac OS Troubleshooting).
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Familiarity with VoIP telecommunications systems and willingness to learn advanced concepts.
