Business Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading business transformation initiatives across LATAM and Brazil. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth through digital sales, while ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial positions, with a strong background in leadership, communications, and network building. You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital sales models, as well as creating business plans that drive results.

You will work closely with our eGTM Manager and internal/external teams to ensure successful project execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for aligning program strategies with stakeholders, managing risks, and analyzing financial impacts.

Your qualifications should include:

  • ">
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field">
  • Experience in commercial positions, with a focus on digital sales">
  • Leadership and communication skills">
  • Network building skills">
  • Ability to drive business analysis, create business plans, and execute on these plans">
  • Advanced English, Spanish, and Portuguese language skills (desirable)">
  • Collaboration across borders, creating successful networks between multidisciplinary teams">
  • Balancing vision for the future and short-term needs">
  • Agile mindset">
  • Natural business translator between different profiles">
  • Leadership to make things happen">
  • Frustration tolerance">
  • Strong connections within the sales organization to influence others">
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, commercial knowledge">
  • Cultural, political, corporate savviness, mature personality with strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, change advocate">
  • Technical skills in project management (Program Management Professional Certification)">

Responsibilities

  • Integration of all PBF Sales projects to the Digital Operations Model">
  • Request required Opex/Capex for effective expansion">
