We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead business growth and expansion in Brazil.
Main Responsibilities:- Direct day-to-day operations, driving sales volume efficiency and performance alignment with corporate objectives, strategy, and plans.
- Oversee, monitor, and evaluate operation's performance ensuring delivery of assigned goals.
- Prepare operating budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investments in infrastructure, technology, equipment, systems, or other assets and resources.
- Lead, guide, evaluate, and develop a team of senior managers with operational responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree with MBA Business Education as preferred.
- 10 years' experience in the healthcare industry, medical devices/diagnostic markets preferred, with demonstrated ability to understand product portfolios.
- 5 years proven success in ascending leadership roles.
- Financial and business acumen with P&L Management experience required.
