Revenue Operations Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Revenue Operations professional to join our team. As a key player in our sales support operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our commercial strategies.
- Review and process orders from agencies and clients through various channels.
- Troubleshoot, revise, and manage media packages to guarantee accurate billing for our partners.
- Handle makegoods in case of spot preemptions.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, media or related field.
- Experience as an Operations Analyst or similar position.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good analytical skills.
Familiarity with BTS, Aleph, or IBMS systems is a plus. Knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools is also desirable.
