Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency by leveraging data and technology.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about analytics, process automation, and collaboration. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Revenue Operations and be able to make a significant impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining advanced reports and analyses to support business decision-making;
  • Managing and optimizing sales forecasts and performance metrics;
  • Integrating and continuously improving the tools used by the Marketing, Sales, and CS teams;
  • Identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and process automation;
  • Supporting leadership in defining and monitoring revenue indicators.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Data Analysis & BI: Advanced experience with tools like Excel, SQL, and/or Power BI;
  • CRM (HubSpot): Strong knowledge of administration, process automation, dashboard creation, and data quality maintenance;
  • Forecast & Pipeline Modeling: Solid understanding of revenue projections, conversion metrics, and building forecast scenarios;
  • Revenue Tools Integrations: Experience with integrations between CRM, marketing automation, CS platforms, and financial systems;
  • Process Automation: Ability to design and implement automations that reduce rework and increase efficiency;
  • B2B SaaS Sales Methodologies: Practical understanding of frameworks like Winning by Design, ABM, and enterprise funnels;
  • Data & Process Governance: Ability to structure documentation, CRM usage policies, and performance measurement processes;
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Portuguese.
