A General Maintenance Officer is responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, including electrical repairs and installations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment and installations, identifying and resolving faults as needed.
- Inspections and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Electrical Installations: Participate in the installation of new electrical equipment and systems, following safety protocols and regulations.
- Design Interpretation: Analyze and interpret electrical diagrams and designs to perform maintenance and repairs.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety procedures.
- Manual Dexterity: Possess manual dexterity to perform precise repairs and installations.
- Safety Protocols: Follow strict safety protocols when performing tasks, utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Techincal Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Prior experience in electrical maintenance.
