
International Employee Benefits Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective administration, compliance, and execution oversight of international employee benefits and recognition programs. This includes health and life insurance programs, disability, wellness, ancillary prerequisites, and other benefits-related programs.
The role requires leadership skills to manage a team of specialists and coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and legal/compliance teams to ensure that all benefit operations are aligned with company policy, regulatory requirements, and employee needs.
The ideal candidate will oversee benefits and recognition procedures, manage staff, ensure compliance, coordinate with other departments, resolve complex issues, monitor and track SLAs with vendors, identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships, maintain open communication with vendors, and ensure compliance management and tracking.
Additionally, they will regularly review and improve vendor management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities include handling sensitive and proprietary information with confidentiality, leading and managing organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption, and possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong coaching, mentoring, and team development abilities, experience presenting to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and experience administering and implementing international benefit programs.

Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced knowledge of International Benefits and compliance regulations
- Proficiency in international benefit plan designs, vendor management, and renewal processes
- Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
- Working knowledge of HRIS platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines
- Highly proficient analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
