A data-driven marketing professional is sought to drive business growth through strategic campaign execution.
- Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop a 12-month integrated marketing plan aligned with revenue goals.
- Build the Marketing Workflow: Collaborate with technical teams to design an AI-powered workflow for research, list building, content creation, and routing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop campaign dashboards, track key performance indicators, and provide insights to inform future strategy.
- Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation/integrated campaigns with a proven track record of revenue impact.
- Hands-on skills in HubSpot (or Marketo/Pardot), Salesforce, LinkedIn/Google Ads, GA, and A/B testing.
- Experience with ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense) is a plus.
