Job Description:

The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to senior auditors in various aspects of audit management. This includes assisting with the analysis of data, development of audit programs, and pre-audit correspondence with customers. Additionally, you will perform necessary audit tests, document findings, and maintain accurate records according to established quality standards.

  • Develop and implement effective audit strategies to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks
  • Collaborate with senior auditors to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare and review workpapers, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and compliance with departmental guidelines
  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff members on auditing principles, accounting practices, and internal control procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, accounting, or finance
  • Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting and auditing principles
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CMA preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of audit experience or 4-6 years of operational experience
