Job Summary

The Senior Contract Negotiator is responsible for direct site-facing contract negotiations through execution with assigned clinical investigator sites including initial agreements and amendments.

This role involves managing the Per-Subject Cost process for assigned studies, managing escalation and resolution for budget and non-legal term issues from other teams and collaborating with lines to plan site contracting timelines though start-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clinical investigator sites.
  • Manage the Per-Subject Cost process for assigned studies.
  • Escalate and resolve budget and non-legal term issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with teams to plan site contracting timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract negotiation and management.
  • Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and execution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
