Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join our team at SHEIN. This role will involve developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improve relationships with sellers, and enhance overall business performance.

About the Role
  • Foster strong partnerships with local sellers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to understand seller pain points and areas for development.
  • Collaborate with service providers to increase adoption of assigned services and support seller growth.
  • Develop national and regional partnerships to boost awareness and conversion rates.
Responsibilities
  1. Design and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sellers and service providers.
  4. Monitor and report on business performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
