Human Resources Analyst

As a Human Resources Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our LAR region by working on human resources assignments with clearly defined objectives. You will solve problems of limited scope and complexity, serve as the first point of contact to employees and managers, and participate in recruiting activities, EHS initiatives, internal policies review and updates, vacation management, benefits management, and country activities.

**Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
- English skills for conversation are required
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR activities
