Senior Resort Manager:

The Senior Resort Manager is responsible for defining and executing the resort's long-term vision with purpose, innovation, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure optimal efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget.
  • Monitor performance against financial goals, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies that maximize profitability.
  • Recruit, mentor, and empower a high-performing leadership team and staff.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with owners, investors, Homeowners Associations, local authorities, and community partners.
  • Represent the resort at industry events and public forums.
