We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to join our team in the role of Sr Logistic Buyer. In this position, you will be responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives and managing key supplier relationships across the Latam region.

Job Description

As a Sr Logistic Buyer, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing logistics sourcing strategies that align with business priorities. Your expertise will ensure strong cost management and mitigate potential supply risks, while fostering collaboration within the Global Logistic and Packaging team.

You will be responsible for deploying category strategies, assigning priorities for procurement initiatives, preparing and leading fact-based negotiations, and managing procurement initiatives in close alignment with stakeholders and procurement colleagues.

In addition, you will act as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues promptly. You will also contribute to the development of indirect strategies and improve the Indirect Procurement profile within the organization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or Economics; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese, with intermediate to advanced Spanish skills.
  • Expertise in Procurement or Business operations, with a strong background in Project Management and Strategic Sourcing Methodology.
  • Strategic thinking, creativity, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to influence and motivate teams, with an entrepreneurial mindset and initiative.
