Job Description

As a Digital & DATA Tech Business Partner at 696 GlaxoSmithKline Mexico S.A. de C.V., you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and innovation through the effective use of technology. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for Tech-related topics in your area of responsibility, ensuring seamless collaboration with commercial teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture business requirements and translate them into Tech needs, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams from Regional and Global Tech in the deployment of technological strategies, driving business value and growth.
  • Accountable for the implementation of GSK technology project portfolio, including Digital Campaigns, DATA, AI, Analytics, Veeva, Sales Force MC, Microsoft Platforms, and Collaboration Tools.
  • Provide support and consultancy to Tech Regional teams on Digital-Livestreaming topics, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Manage suppliers to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of Tech services.
  • Ensure Business continuity and Governance with the GSK Applications in your area of responsibility, maintaining high levels of service quality and user experience.
  • Manage the service life cycle management of the GSK applications, including SLA management and architecture alignment.
  • Act as a technological enabler, offering new and fast solutions to business challenges, driving innovation and growth.
  • Lead the continuous improvement in Application services through simplification, risk reduction, user experience, and cost reduction.
  • Manage relationships and networks with key stakeholders within Tech and Business leads, ensuring effective communication and escalation management.
  • Prepare and conduct management presentations, effectively communicating business value and Tech strategies to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • University degree (Bachelor) in computer science, science, or tech business administration.
  • 3+ years of work experience in Tech (Commercial & Digital), ideally as a Business Partner.
  • 3+ years of experience in project and change management.
  • 1+ year of Digital, Data & AI project background.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in application and platform Architecture (Google, AWS, etc).
  • Availability to work in office 2 days per week.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – being open-minded and challenging the status quo.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented person with strong initiative skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and negotiate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in technological area, Digital or DATA Science (optional).
  • Pharmaceutical experience desirable (+5 years).
  • Microsoft Azure.
