We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to fill a key role in our infrastructure support team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our company's infrastructure systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Support management in contracts related to services such as cleaning, gardening, maintenance, etc.
- Develop and implement routine maintenance plans for buildings and facilities.
- Monitor, plan, and track the execution of activities by internal and external teams.
- Manage and meet SLAs and KPIs established for delivery of reports.
- Control and manage fixed and occasional expenses.
- Identify and develop new ideas for action on contracts.
- Diagnose potential improvements in infrastructure and facilities, proposing projects for improvement and efficiency of operations.
- Process budgeting and purchasing of materials and supplies.
- Techncial course and/or higher education in Administration, Construction or related fields.
- Intermediate Office package skills.
- Familiarity with Facilities.
