Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to oversee tax compliance across our Brazilian operations. This key role will drive strategic initiatives, support high-impact projects, and serve as a technical reference in the tax area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals and foster a culture of high performance and technical growth;
  • Ensure accurate calculation and reporting of direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS, ICMS-ST);
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Brazilian tax legislation, including tax reform;
  • Manage tax risks and provide advisory support for business initiatives;
  • Conduct financial analyses to identify tax optimization opportunities;
  • Manage tax audits and interactions with government authorities;
  • Define and implement tax policies and strategies aligned with our organization;
  • Collaborate with areas such as Finance, Legal, and the global tax team to ensure an integrated approach.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification preferred;
  • Experience: Solid experience in tax management, with a strong focus on Brazilian tax laws and regulations. Knowledge of international tax principles and tax compliance obligations is a plus;
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a large team effectively;
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Portuguese and English;
  • Ethics: Strong ethical standards and integrity in managing sensitive financial information.
