Derivatives Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Derivatives Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their technical expertise and business acumen in the financial sector.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and developing systems used in derivatives management, ensuring integration between technology and business needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reading, interpreting, and understanding letters and technical documents for derivatives models.
  • Evaluating and conducting technical assessments of legacy systems and proposing improvements.
  • Designing and implementing solutions with modern technologies, aligned with business needs.
  • Supporting business areas (front, middle, and back office) in solving operational and technological problems.
  • Participating in the analysis, specification, and implementation of improvements to trading and risk platforms.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations of relevant authorities.
  • Conducting testing, technical documentation, and training for key users.

For this role, we are looking for a professional with a solid background in derivatives and treasury financial products, including futures contracts, interest rate and currency swaps, options, and forwards.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Education in Mathematics or Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Programming skills (SQL, Python, C#, .NET Core, Java, or other relevant language).
  • Analytical skills and good interpersonal communication.
  • Intermediate/advanced English is preferred.
