This position involves overseeing project management operations and performance in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on project transparency and delivery targets.
  • Support project managers with milestone planning, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Conduct contract reviews and manage project finances.
  • Oversee project scope, timeline, progress, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate resources across project teams.
  • Review project deliverables and quality standards.
  • Monitor project financial forecasts and P&L variance analysis.

Responsible for key issue resolution and escalation.

  • Identify and analyze project issues, collect information for root cause analysis.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to confirm issues and provide updates.
  • Discuss and resolve issues with senior management, providing mitigation plans.
  • Implement resolutions and follow up on results.
  • Coordinate business activities across the organization.
  • Manage overall costs and resources.
  • Identify project owners and verify their qualifications.
  • Follow up on annual budget and quality targets.

Accountable for achieving overall financial and business direction goals.

  • Develop cloud business strategies and guide new sales directions.
  • Support presales and conduct bid reviews.
  • Monitor key variances and activities impacting targets.
  • Coordinate with segment heads and RBU heads for problem-solving.
  • Requirements include a bachelor's degree or above, 10 years' software industry experience, and 5-8 years of project management experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud technology stacks (K8S, DevOps, Microservices, security, performance, etc.) is required.
  • Working experience in global IT or consulting companies is essential.
  • CMMI, PMP, and ITIL knowledge are preferred.
  • Insurance industry knowledge is also preferred.
  • Good command of English in writing and speaking is necessary.
  • Self-management skills are essential.
  • CVs in English are required.
