Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Client's sales and field marketing teams to drive business growth
- Manage inbound leads and work on outbound prospecting via calls and emails, utilizing our tech stack to set up qualified appointments using the MEDDPICC methodology
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets, quarterly revenue goals, and annual business objectives
- Build strong relationships with sales representatives and pre-sales engineers to qualify and nurture opportunities
- Participate in regional sales meetings to discuss company updates, business reviews, and market trends
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level for both spoken and written)
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Development and Sales
- Proven experience with the MEDDPICC methodology
- Familiarity with sales systems such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Sales Navigator
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas
