Short-Form Content Producer & Social Media Manager

As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for spearheading short-form content production and driving platform growth through innovative strategies.

This role is ideal for a creative video editor and digital enthusiast who excels at turning ideas into engaging, trend-aware content using AI-driven tools and minimal manual editing.

  • Produce high-quality short-form video content utilizing cutting-edge AI-powered production tools.
  • Develop concise, informative educational scripts centered on skincare and dermatology.
  • Edit and package videos using Canva or similar tools, ensuring seamless branding across platforms.
  • Manage posting schedules across TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms to optimize engagement.
  • Identify trends, suggest fresh content ideas, and adapt brand voice to stay relevant.
  • Provide light community engagement (comments, direct messages) as needed to foster a positive online presence.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and propose data-driven improvements to enhance overall quality.

Essential qualifications include 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, proficiency with AI-driven production tools, and working knowledge of Canva or equivalent tools.

A successful candidate will possess excellent self-management skills, reliability, and effective communication abilities.
