Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Specialist to support the implementation of our Oracle EBS system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Oracle Field Services, as well as functional knowledge in EBS R12 ERP.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering expert-level functional expertise in Oracle EBS Services modules including Order Management, Field Services, Install Base, and Service Contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and implement Oracle EBS functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Strong knowledge on Brazil localization rules and regulations.
- Proficiency in Oracle install base (CSI) and customer master modules.
- Familiarity with Oracle Service Contracts (OKC) and AR invoice integration is strongly preferred.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Planning, leading, and actively participating in design, process definition, configuration, and testing of relevant modules and functionality.
- Collaborate with users to identify gaps, capture, and map business requirements to Oracle EBS functionality, and development of solutions.
- Lead configuration and business process walk-through with clients.
- Perform Functional Testing, coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client IT and business process leads.
- Go-Live preparation, cut-over, and post-production support.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, escalation management, people management, planning, and estimations skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EBS implementation and technical support.
