
Customer Service Representative

Microfinance professionals with a strong customer service background are sought to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think creatively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to program clients;
- Prospecting new clients and identifying business opportunities;
- Guiding clients on proper management of granted credits;
- Collecting overdue credits and managing client relationships;
- Performing other related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Availability for intermunicipal travel and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment;
- Previous experience in sales or customer service;
- Technical training in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related fields an asset.
