Microfinance professionals with a strong customer service background are sought to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think creatively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to program clients;
  • Prospecting new clients and identifying business opportunities;
  • Guiding clients on proper management of granted credits;
  • Collecting overdue credits and managing client relationships;
  • Performing other related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Availability for intermunicipal travel and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service;
  • Technical training in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related fields an asset.
