We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through prompt and courteous communication.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have the ability to act as a single point of contact for customers with Incident Management Services. This includes monitoring customer's ATM/ABM network across Canada, which spans six different time zones.
- This role requires high volumes of customer calls to be handled effectively and efficiently.
- The candidate must be accountable for receiving and handling service requests from customers and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Daily and weekly incident reports must be generated, and incident history reviewed to determine recurring faults.
To succeed in this position, you must possess:
- Advanced English and French language skills.
- Previous experience in a Customer Support and/or Helpdesk environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written & spoken).
- Keyboard proficiency and understanding of Windows-based applications/tools.
