The role of Customer Service Associate is to partner with our customers to provide exceptional service and support. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs.
Job Responsibilities- Process inbound calls from customers in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Manage outbound calls to customers as needed.
- Maintain working knowledge of products, accounts, and Ecolab representatives.
- Complete calls accurately while speaking with customers.
- Process orders, literature requests, and apply information to customers.
- Develop technical and mechanical proficiency to assist customers and field staff with dispenser system issues.
- High school qualifications or equivalent.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook).
- Experience using Customer Service software.
- Bachelor's degree completed or in process.
- Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly dependable team player.
- Ability to prioritize workload and complete responsibilities on time.
- Fluent in English.
- SAP knowledge.
