Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate who can process inbound calls efficiently, manage outbound calls, and possess solid problem-solving & interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will maintain working knowledge of our products, accounts, representatives, tools, and dispensing systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school qualifications or equivalent
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook)
  • Experience using Customer Service software
