We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to drive sales growth, build relationships with clients, and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Sell integrated freight solutions across ocean, intermodal, trucking, and warehousing.
  • Relationship Building: Manage an extensive client book, identifying ways to expand service lines and upsell existing clients.
  • New Business Development: Pursue new leads and engage with decision-makers to generate new business within a designated territory.
  • Account Strategy: Work with stakeholders to ensure revenue goals and customer expectations are met, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service continuity.
Requirements
  • Experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding: 3-5+ years of demonstrated sales success within transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding.
  • Sales and Communication Skills - Demonstrated success in consultative sales, including presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and nurturing long-term business relationships.
  • Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented - A self-driven, proactive approach is required to reach targets.
  • CRM Proficiency - Experience with CRM systems for tracking leads and managing client interactions is preferred.
  • Team Alignment - Ability to work seamlessly with other team members and departments to support broader organizational objectives and client satisfaction.
