Job Title: Financial Analyst, Treasury & Accounting

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst, Treasury & Accounting to join our team in Latin America. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our business operations in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including cash flow statements and balance sheets.
  • Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable and Payable team to improve collections and payment terms.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management, including monthly cash and bank reconciliations.
  • Analyze and improve financial processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including the LAM Controller and Global Treasury Team.
  • Stay up-to-date with local financial market regulations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in treasury and accounting roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
