About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst, Treasury & Accounting to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our business operations in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and apply customer collections receipts in Oracle.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Receivables & Payables team to improve collections and payment terms.
  • Prepare monthly cash and bank reconciliations.
  • Perform company netting, including monthly analysis and reports, and review with the LAM Controller.
  • Prepare and present collections and payments reports by quarter for local financial requirements in Argentina and Brazil.
  • Analyze and implement company treasury internal processes, adhering to financial internal requirements and rules.
  • Analyze cash needs and risks with the LAM Controller to identify funding alternatives with the Company Global Treasury Team.
  • Stay up-to-date on local financial market rules and regulations, particularly in Brazil and Argentina.
  • Develop KPIs to track and follow up on financial activities with the LAM Controller.
Requirements
  • Strong arithmetic skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Average reasoning skills.
  • Ability to work with high autonomy and experience with regional supervision.
  • Deep knowledge of treasury and cash rules in Brazil and Argentina.
  • Proficiency in generating reports in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures in Latin American countries.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (accounting, economics, business).
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in treasury and accounting roles.
  • Post-degree level in finance-related area is desirable.
