About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CX Performance Specialist to join our CX Global team in São Paulo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our customer experience operations across all business units and countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present weekly performance reports to executives, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Monitor and analyze OKRs and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Work closely with the FP&A team to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Conduct studies and analysis to inform executive decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and improve customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in contact center operations, with a strong understanding of key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Advanced English skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and data analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications a plus.
