Lead High-End Fitout Projects

We are seeking an experienced Project Commercial Manager to lead high-end fit-out projects in KSA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial and contractual aspects of high-value interior fit-out projects from inception to final account.
Key responsibilities include leading the commercial function from pre-contract to handover, driving profitability through smart procurement and cost reporting, managing subcontractor contracts and guarantees, approving major payments and forecasts, and leading a top-performing commercial team.
A successful candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent), 12+ years of experience including 5+ years in high-end fitout, and expertise in contract management, cost control, budgeting, and claims management.
The ideal candidate will also possess strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills, as well as proficiency in project invoicing, subcontracting, and financial reporting.
Requirements- Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
- 12+ years of experience in high-end fitout
