Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • React promptly to field machine problems and resolve them efficiently.
  • Solve mechanical or operational efficiency problems and troubleshoot machine/performance issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to sustain continuous machine performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical or Engineering degree in a relevant field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in the field.
  • Class B driver's license or ability to obtain.
  • Able to interpret electromechanical topics and diagrams.
  • English at least at an intermediate level for communicative conversations.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
