Desenvolvedor Ágil Senior

Buscamos um profissional para atuar como Scrum Master em nossa equipe de desenvolvimento ágil. O candidato deve ter experiência comprovada em times ágeis e conhecimento em análise de sistemas e levantamento de requisitos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Facilitar cerimônias ágeis (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective) e apoiar a equipe na adoção de práticas ágeis.
  • Garantir a comunicação eficaz entre stakeholders, time de produto e desenvolvimento.
  • Atuar na organização e gestão de demandas, garantindo prazos e qualidade das entregas.
  • Apoiar na resolução de impedimentos e tomada de decisões técnicas junto ao time.
  • Colaborar com áreas de negócio e tecnologia, promovendo alinhamento entre requisitos e implementação.
  • Aplicar práticas ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP) no ciclo de vida do desenvolvimento de software.
  • Apoiar em atividades de levantamento, análise e documentação de requisitos funcionais e não funcionais.
  • Contribuir com modelagem de sistemas utilizando UML, BPMN ou outras notações adequadas.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência comprovada como Scrum Master em times ágeis.
  • Conhecimento em análise de sistemas e levantamento de requisitos.
  • Vivência com modelagem de sistemas (UML, BPMN, ERD).
  • Familiaridade com bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais.
  • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Boa comunicação, organização e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe multidisciplinar.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em desenho de soluções e integrações de sistemas.
  • Certificações em metodologias ágeis (CSPO, PSM, PMI-ACP).
  • Vivência em ferramentas de gestão ágil (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello).
  • Experiência prévia em desenvolvimento de software (Java, .NET, Python ou similares).
