We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering top-notch support to meet customer needs.
The successful candidate will have experience supporting complex product infrastructure and applications, troubleshooting web applications, and managing database systems. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical information to customers and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:- Investigate and diagnose root causes of technical issues in Linux and Windows servers
- Develop and propose solutions to meet customer needs, including workarounds and additional features
- Manage critical issues impacting customers' business operations
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to improve the product and meet customer requirements
- Database management (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle) and SQL scripting
- ETL and BI tools (Microsoft Power BI, Talend, SSRS, BusinessObjects, Cognos)
- Linux experience and familiarity with logs and monitoring tools (Grafana, New Relic, Kibana)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
